AFRICAN BOTANICS WANDERLUST TRAVEL SET

AFRICAN BOTANICS WANDERLUST TRAVEL SET

African Botanics is one of my favourite brands, or maybe I should call it my favourite, since I find their products exceptional and a great addition to the beauty industry. The packaging is so clean and luxe, the fragrance is so beautiful and out of this world, the owners are beautiful people and the ingredients are to die for and by the way! everyone needs a little bit of South Africa in their life.

SKINS COSMETICS DISCOVERY BOX

SKINS COSMETICS DISCOVERY BOX

I prefer not to buy skincare/subscription boxes because in my opinion those boxes are always stocked with a bunch of horrible samples, which I don’t like. I am super picky, I might be a blogger but that doesn’t mean that I am willing to try or buy every product I see.

JO MALONE LONDON PICKS AND THE GRAND OPENING IN ROTTERDAM

JO MALONE LONDON PICKS AND THE GRAND OPENING IN ROTTERDAM

‘Jo Malone London’ now has a new boutique in De Bijenkorf in Rotterdam. Finally because it is good to have acces to a store nearby. Do you know why I like this perfume house so much ? First because ‘Jo Malone London’ knows how to do gift gifting – the packaging is beyond beautiful and, secondly, because the fragrances are made to be combined and layered.

CAPE TOWN APRIL MAY 2016

CAPE TOWN APRIL MAY 2016

Visiting Cape Town has been sitting on the top of my ‘bucket list’ for quite some time now. I have recently discovered that I seem to have some connection with Africa and I can assure you that I will definitely return to explore more of this city. I have ticked off several places from my travel ‘bucket list’ but Cape Town definitely stole my heart.

MOLTON BROWN BLOSSOMING HONEYSUCKLE & WHITE TEA EAU DE TOILETTE

MOLTON BROWN BLOSSOMING HONEYSUCKLE & WHITE TEA EAU DE TOILETTE

Molton Brown (since 1973) just launched a new eau de toilette collection with eight fragrances. The eau de toilettes are presented in a beautiful and chic new signature print box which makes them the perfect gift. I know that september is not exactly the right month to think about Christmas and those colder days but atleast you know where to look if you want to give your beloved ones a nice present. There was one fragrance that really caught my attention, it is called ‘Honeysuckle & White Tea’. This fragrance is inspired by the beauty of Sichuan, a province in China. Have you seen the new designed elegant bottles?  They are redesigned to highlight the main shade of the main note from the eau de toilette. The fragrance is quite floral and sweet but in a elegant and good way if I need to discribe it in one word I would call it feminine and just perfect for warmer and colder days. I might be very sensitive to headaches but this fragrance haven’t triggered it at all. Top notes Bergamot and mandarin Heart notes Honeysuckle, white tea leaf and jasmine flower Base notes Heliotrope and sandalwood If you like the fragrance as much as I do and you want it to last as long as possible I would recommend you to take a good look at the bath & shower gel and the body lotion, these body products are great for layering. They will help to keep your body hydrated and to keep the fragrance alive as long as possible. You can find Molton Brown at Babassu and The Bijenkorf. The Eau de Toilette retails for € 49,00/50ml....

I would like to share some of my Stockholm favourites with you. I travelled to Stockholm (the home of & Other Stories, Byredo and Verso Skincare) for five days and I made it a mission to see and find the most possible.
